a list
worth living toward

A free two-page handout, adapted from

Die With Zero, to name the experiences you want, who you want there and when.

The list you haven't written down yet

Most of us carry a rough idea of what we want out of life, and rarely get further than that. No people attached, no age, no plan. But every experience has an ideal age for it — some belong to your go-go years, some to your slow-go years, some you won't get to once the window closes. Someday will one day be never, unless it gets a when.

This handout is a self-guided tool built from Die With Zero. Five questions move you from a loose idea to a working list — what you want, who's in it, when, how often, and what it's worth to you. A sixth question isn't for the worksheet at all. It's for noticing what gets in the way.

Fifteen minutes, front to back. Nothing to get right. Start with what's top of mind and let the rest resurface over time.

When you're ready to look past the list, my work starts exactly at question 6: the relationship underneath the spending.
